Dr Brandy Benson, CEO & Chief Psychologist of TBPA, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in behavioral health and wellness of First Responders. Since 2010, Dr. Benson has worked closely with Law Enforcement and Fire agencies across the State of Florida to promote positive social change and advocacy in the field of First Responder mental health.

Rachel Menger, M.A., LMHC, has been a member of Tampa Bay Psychology Associates since 2019. Appointed to the position of Clinic Coordinator in 2023, Rachel has grown a local reputation for her resolution-focused work with clients suffering the effects of post-traumatic stress injuries and disorders.
