Forensic evaluations integrate psychological and/or neuropsychological testing to make determinations or provide information about a person often in connection to some type of legal issue. These issues can include, but are not limited to: work related problems, disability dispute, competency, criminal responsibility, custody evaluation, etc. Typically, a third party such as an attorney, judge/court, or employer requests the administration of a forensic evaluation.
