Psychoeducational evaluations incorporate psychological and academic instruments to identify or diagnose giftedness, mental retardation, Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, need for testing accommodations, and oppositional behavioral disorders. These assessments may or may not include school observations in addition to a clinical interview.  Reports are often comprehensive and inclusive of recommendations for integration in the school system, testing center, or home environment.
